The very first time I saw light was on november 24th, 1976 in Tilburg. I spent the biggest part of my youth in
De Efteling in Kaatsheuvel. Needless to say that has left it's traces. For example, I still like to believe in fairy tales ;-)
After my Dutch Law studies I started working in the field of social security law in the year 2000.
For a long time photography has been my biggest passion. Photographers such as Henri Cartier Besson and
Sam Abell inspire me by the apparent ease with which they create the most powerful images. But also the images of Ken Marcus and
Richard Kern fascinate me.
When there's no CSI show on television and I'm not submerged into the
wonders of the law, I look at the real world through the viewfinder of
my camera. Especially people always know how to grasp my attention and
fascinate me. In my portfolio I show an impression of my work.
